  • Reduce maintenance and extend component life

Standard: 1 oz (30ml) of AR6500 per 10 gallons of diesel.

Power Boost: 2 oz (60ml) per 10 gallons of diesel. For best results use Power Boost dose in first tank of fuel.

AR6500 is suitable for use in all diesel vehicles, including newer systems such as High Pressure Common Rail.

The only treatment to clean, restore and boost the entire fuel system

AR6500 upgrades the quality of diesel fuel at every fill-up by providing a strong cetane boost, enhanced lubricity and a powerful detergent package.

AR6500 maintains clean injectors, and unlike other diesel additives, keeps your turbo and DPF free from carbon build-up.

Add at every fill-up to:

  • Improve combustion efficiency
  • Increase fuel economy
  • Reduce DPF regeneration
  • Protect the fuel system
  • Extend component life
AR6500 Comparison Chart

Boost cetane to increase power and response

Most diesel engines require fuel with a cetane number (CN) of 48-50 to operate efficiently but fuel in the US typically has a CN of 40-45. A low CN results in poor combustion, causing soot deposits and carbon build-up in key fuel system components.

AR6500's cetane boost of up to 8 points is greater than other products on the market, helping to:

  • Improve combustion efficiency
  • Enhance fuel economy
  • Increase power and performance
  • Extend component life

Improve lubricity to extend fuel system life

Lack of lubrication in diesel fuel is a major issue for both older and newer vehicles, leading to excessive wear, costly repairs and potential failure of components including injectors and pumps.

AR6500 has been independently tested to reduce wear by 43%, reducing friction and wear on the fuel system in order to:

  • Protect engine components
  • Reduce maintenance costs
  • Improve engine reliability
  • Extend component lifespan

Clean injectors and restore spray patterns

Over time, carbon deposits form on diesel injectors. Dirty injectors can’t spray fuel into the engine correctly, leading to incomplete combustion and wasted fuel.

AR6500 not only keeps injectors clean but by increasing cetane and improving combustion, helps prevent further build-up of deposits.

  • Improve fuel atomization
  • Reduce carbon deposits
  • Enhance fuel economy

The only treatment to clean the DPF and reduce regens

Carbon build-up in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces engine performance, lowers fuel economy, and leads to increased regeneration frequency.

AR6500 utilizes proprietary chemistry to remove carbon build-up from the DPF, in order to:

  • Reduce regeneration frequency
  • Restore MPG & performance
  • Prevent DPF-related engine damage
  • Increase DPF lifespan

Prevent turbo failure and restore boost

A dirty turbo restricts airflow, leading to reduced engine efficiency, increased fuel consumption, and turbo lag. Carbon deposits can also cause overheating and potential failure, resulting in costly repairs.

AR6500’s proprietary chemistry survives combustion and uses exhaust heat to remove carbon build-up from the turbo, helping to:

  • Reduce turbo lag
  • Restore boost
  • Minimize wear and damage
  • Restore optimal temperature
  • Improve airflow efficiency

Very Pleased

I m using the AR6500 in my 2017 Peterbilt, Paccar MX13. This is the 2nd round of use. The unit has 316,000 miles on it. DEF usage is down, and I've tracked a decrease in usage by 1 gallon for every 600 miles driven. Fuel mileage seems to have increased by 3/4 of a mile per gl. Horsepower gain is hard to determine. So far I am pleased with the performance of Arch Oil. I was extremely hesitant to use anything in the trucks fuel system. The system is super expensive and VERY sensitive. Thank you Arch Oil for including information regarding use in Paccar engines. My only suggestion would be, to increase package size for large trucks. It may cost more to purchase your product, but it would be more convenient to order Arch Oil.
Thank you, and so far, so good!

So far is doing great. I used it on an auto state trip. And the truck was running very well improved. My mileage by about a mile and a 1 per gallon.

On my third bottle of it coming from a different brand…. I will stick with this company!

It really works!

I'm always skeptical of additives and treatments. But the AR6500 really works, and it works well. Running it my my 2017 F450. The engine runs smoother and mileage has improved by about 4 mpg. I don't pay too much attention to my dpf so I can't say for sure that it's reduced regens. All in all, I'm a true believer and customer for life now.
