"Seeing this F-350 go from a cold-blooded, rough-running basket case to a truck that ran as smooth as it did the day it left the dealership definitely made believers out of us."
"Archoil is the Real Deal"
03 6.0 with 317k miles recently developed a major stiction issue on injector 7 and other injectors are on their way out. Tried hotshots no difference at all put archoil noticed when the injector wasn't stuck it ran noticeably quieter and I did have a few times when the injector went a couple days straight without sticking but the problem still persists. Starts are noticeably smoother but after I run it a bit and let it sit for a few minutes and turn it back on 8 out of ten times the injector stays stuck closed and 3 out of 10 times I have to floor it or even smack the limiter to get it to open back up. Will be giving it another try since I did notice some difference who knows maybe after I drain this dirty oil out put some new with archoil again I'll see another difference. I only recommend it if your having hard starts but if your having injectors getting stuck closed when hot I don't recommend it if the second try does it I will change my mind.
An absolute must for any vehicles
I'm skeptical of mechanic in a bottle products. I can think of maybe 1 other product I've used in the past that did what it said it could do. But , AR9100 worked extremely well in my 2004 Ford Super-duty 6L diesel with 102000 miles at the time. Very rough starts when cold, several minutes before it could be driven and fuel economy was off. Admittedly better if plugged in overnight but its not driven in winter and never had to plug it in spring summer or fall except frost conditions. It seemed to run better right after this oil change with the AR9100 and much better cold start next day. The second day started like a new truck. The choice was between this and the other competing product in a lager container and I went with the Arch Oil partly because the various forums treated this product better and partly because I felt better using only 16oz of 'magic oil' . But I'm a believer, the mileage is noticeably better as well. I bought a 2 pack and I'm actually debating with myself weather or not to skip the additive next oil change to see if its needed every change or not but I'm definitely going to use this product from now on, given the cost of the filters and 15Qts oil the AR isn't really that much more of an expense. Just took a long trip and i do believe its paid for itself.
