Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping from archoil.com

It is our goal to ship any orders placed before 11am (EST) on the same day and it is our guarantee that all orders will be shipped by the end of the next business day after being placed.

We currently use the following carriers for orders placed at archoil.com: FedEx and USPS. Unless the shipping method you choose states which carrier is to be used, we reserve the right to use either of these carriers.

If you require a specific carrier to be used or a specific carrier to be avoided for your order, please call the office on 866-537-7383 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you select a shipping method at the checkout which states the number of days delivery will take, please be aware that this is an estimate and it is possible your order takes fewer or more days than stated to arrive. 

 

Return policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If more than thirty days has passed since the purchase date, please contact us to resolve the issue. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product is damaged.

AR9100 Friction Modifier Power Stroke fix return policy: If you purchase AR9100 Friction Modifier (16oz) to eliminate your Ford Power Stroke 6.0L or 7.3L stiction issue and it is not successful, please contact us and we will be happy to refund your purchase or send you another bottle.
